Any feedback appreciated! It seems to me the entire justice system is primed to shake itself apart (and is currently doing so) trying to find balance with rules it does not get to make in the first place.

The problem in Western civilization is not empathy. It is a willingness to believe stories without evidence. It's willingness to believe anything that "makes sense", which can be hijacked by recreating the fight/flight/freeze response through words (which shuts down all critical thinking). (1/4)

One of the problems with believing you are 100% right about something is any resistance or disagreement becomes an attack, and anything preventing you from having total control becomes tyranny.

At its root, the concept of supremacy is simple: Do you assume you are better than any person on the planet right now?

This internal belief becomes easily seen in your word choices for others. Especially if this assumption has been validated into justified belief by someone else. (1/2)

Take a minute and imagine your ideal country or society of the future.

Is there violence? Are there homeless and hungry? Are there ultra rich? Is it peaceful? Is everyone happy?

Once you can picture it, now for the hard part that makes a very complex and hard-to-understand reality much clearer..

Imagine there is a bull in a china shop. Your china shop.

It has just smashed the display near your store entry, which blocked the door - your only way out. The initial smashing has now agitated and excited the animal.

What do you do? What actions are you willing to take?

Relativity applies to right and wrong, but perhaps in more and deeper ways than you might think.

Two points are always required to define the words at all.

You are not wrong.

Right and wrong are determined by what is true.

To determine what is true - we have to first be willing to let go of authority.

Letting go of authority is not something we do easily.

This is the high school US chemistry team that won the International Chemistry Olympiad held in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand in 2017.
