Big fan of exposure therapy and diluting the memory of painful experiences by revisiting the scene of the crime w new people in new headspaces in the name of reclaiming control and after a magic week I’m so happy to report my happy times in Paris w my ex are no longer my happiest times in Paris :)

one last lunch in my fair edi and the sun is out light is streaming through the windows I am sipping on the worlds tastiest chenin blanc my coley and cavolo nero is BIBLICALLY delicious I’m listening to stardust everyone around me is chatty and lovely and laughing and I am really very happy rn :)

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.
