also at the point where going and working out doesn't make me crazy sore so that's nice
maybe a sign i need to push my self / change my work out rep combinations but that's a future toffles decision

I personally do for the notes
but from what I see a majority of players aren't clear with what they sign up with (or just don't put anything besides their weapons and Div)
I think have a toggle encourages it more but it's prob not needed cause you could just DM a person to see their avaliblity too
