There are likely some extremely weird candidates in the lot you mentioned. Bob having to clarify an anti possession stance (sadly probably both in the spirtual and the slavery sense) is not that farfetched. And they'd run attack ads for free on him calling him communist for being anti possessions.

I saw this come up during the primary. I had concerns, but the victim himself gave a statement to move on. That and him being from PA (fracking) were my concerns abouy him. The full festering zionist conservative meltdown was not on the radar at the time.

I am not sure if 100% of them are gone but the few that remain, if any, are massively overworked and only allowed to touch specific issues in specific ways. Long gone is the personal touch. Blizzard "outgrew" it. Kind of like they outgrew even mediocre writing.
