I'm with you, Motti! I was really disappointed not to see Yoshi in those scenes earlier. It seems to me that Nintendo is not showing enough respect in Yoshi, which is exceptionally disheartening to us Yoshi fans. Yoshi deserves more; otherwise, I am going to show more respect in Yoshi, myself!!!

The trick is to heat up the evaporated milk for about a minute or two in the microwave and add it after the butter while the pasta is still hot after boiling it for a little while. I prefer evaporated milk, because it makes your mac & cheese more creamy than ordinary milk.

I will offer a hint to you that if you use evaporated milk (like about 6 ounces) and heat it up for a minute or two plus a couple tablespoons of butter, you’ll melt the cheese better. But, the thing is, you want to melt your cheese slowly; not too quickly, as it will break and be a mess.

You will win a lot of races on the Mario Kart courses! Just remember to avoid pits, obstacles, banana peels, Koopa shells, and whatnot by steer carefully as best as you can! LOL!
