I bought an online non-fiction writing course and the presenter has such awkward hand gestures, I have trouble moving past it. My only hope is to look away from the screen and treat it as audio only, but then I get bored and fidgety and completely tune out. Delivery is huge.

It's my first day back after 6 days off. Got 3 hours sleep last night. First request is "I'm missing a file, need restore from backup. Last seen...I think 6 months ago, maybe longer. Not sure the filename, or what folder it's in. It might have the letter O in the name. I think." GAAHHH

If I was only just a few years older. Sure, I’d be closer to death, but I wouldn’t have had to deal with this kind of crap in my career. AI is perfect to make mediocre people think they seem smart to other mediocre people.

This has been my feeling every time I’ve fought a denial. The goal is to overwhelm you, wear you down. And apparently it works a lot of the time.

When I last bought a car, they seemed shocked that I wanted a 5 year loan and not a 7 year loan. 15 is insane. OTOH, if they keep widening the wealth gap like this, it will eventually usher in a revolution, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
