A #communityfridge in #Yorkton #Saskatchewan operated by a volunteer #mutualaid group. Donations are accepted, and volunteers prepare meals in a commercial kitchen. Those in need can take what they need, no questions asked, any day any time.

We are thankful for the tremendous support from individuals, businesses and organizations in #Yorkton. We accept canned food, dry goods, frozen (but not homemade) meals and ingredients, sanitary products, cleaning products and more. And cash, which we use to purchase items for the fridge and pantry.
Thanks to the kids on the Yorkton Terrier Under-11 hockey team, who brought a load of groceries and filled the fridge on the weekend. Great kids, great for those undergoing food insecurity this holiday season. They are one of many people and groups who fill the fridge and pantry from day to day.
