nightmare scene is from 3rd book, I doubt they will adapt it in this film. Unless they give him an extra anime original one when he is intimate with Kelia just to make him suffer more and make it seem like his nightmares are recurring occurence, a bit too cruel imo.

It could be his depression mini arc before meeting Kelia, or they might be setting up an angst scene for visual callback when Gigi runs away on the road on two seperate occasions in the 3rd volume.
