We have not denied any payouts to creators as part of yesterday's review. If there are any creators in which we are unable to process a payout for then we'll contact them directly.

We do understand that the eligibility message is confusing given the context so we're updating the text on the notices

I don’t wanna wade into discourse but I will say punishing the business being coerced by Visa instead of punishing Visa is not the best direction for our anger to go in. We need to organize a pushback. They will try to send you to email but politely refuse and ask them to log your complaint.

Thanks for this! I didn't realize Kagi was a thing. Signed up to give it a try.

Any time someone struggles with git, I'm reminded of this. Src: stevelosh.com/blog/2013/04...

Yeah, I think if I wasn't using git specifically a GUI would be the better choice no question.

This is almost certainly git's fault by the way, being a command line tool at its core means the GUIs have to work in less than ideal ways. IE having to poll for status updates.

I've tried 4 different git GUIs over the years and every single one of them got me so frustrated over the UI becoming slow, unresponsive, or just breaking that I just keep coming back to command line git. Using wildcards, I rarely go into subfolders so most commands run from the root.

It took me at least 3 looks back to see it, but I laughed so hard when I did. Incredible.

I guess 3.0, not 1.0. Haha

I think they might be referring to the itch.io Java version that’s been available for a little while. Although this looks like a proper 1.0 type release.
