It is very early for most of these new networks. Only time will tell where people will gravitate to.
Nostr has "zaps", which is the main reason you'll find a lot of bitcoiners there. Zaps are a lot of fun, I have to admit though.🤷🏾‍♂️

I guess one needs to decide whether you want censorship or not.
If you want censorship, I don't think there's a solution that won't end up like Twitter or even worse.
If not, you need to accept the reality of olden times NNTP, SMTP, IRC etc.. permissionless and uncensorable.

Then don't look at the global feed.
If you want other people (of your favorite tickles) on there, someone must be the first.
Btw... Crypto bro's is kinda the polar opposite of bitcoiners... And I have seen mostly bitcoiners there, not "cypto bros".
