I'd say my opinions are my own, but they actually belong to Steve down the street.
There's a power line right outside my office. I've spent the day watching a squirrel run up & down the wire. It's been a good day.

Doing a short walk on the ol’ treadmill, listening to music, & I learned a neat tidbit. “Call Me the Breeze” is set to a tempo of 2.8 miles per hour.

I’m not sure if that’s a typical unit of measurement for music, but that kind of thing is what wins Trivia Night, folks.

Pandora gave me a song that doesn't at all fit the current station settings, but that's okay. It's a pretty good song. I'd never heard it before.

For decades I'd thought Cyrano de Bergerac was a tragedy because Cyrano didn't declare his love for Roxanne until his deathbed. Now I see the real tragedy is that Roxanne's true love died... _twice_. That's just cruel.

current fave song lyric:
"Talking to you is like long division."
--Rhett Miller, Singular Girl

We all know exactly what that means.

Those "how's my driving? [phone#]" stickers on commercial vehicles... it occurs to me that when evaluating driving, the best you can get is "meets expectations". It's all downhill from there.

When you're expecting an awesome web font in your email, but only get the fallback font Georgia, is so unsatisfying.

I'm wishing Ray Charles had sung "IvyPresto Headline On My Mind".

First post. This is akin to making the very first marks in a brand new, blank journal. The pressure is high to start off correctly.
