Agree - young people are refusing to engage because older people refuse to quit. Biden, Trump, McConnell, Pelosi, Schumer are few political examples. Boards of big corporations and CEOs suffer from the same age related myopia.

Of course not - the issue I have is the power that oldies possess plus lack of accountability that goes with it. How will someone in their seventies with millions in 401k and pensions understand what the young ones are going through?

For 1/10th the money, we do what New Zealand did. Ban semi-auto weapons, setup nationwide registry, establish buyback program, and tie mental health issues to ownership.
NZ hasn't had an incident in 3 years while we have 3 incidents in a week.
