Agreed but he’s the impetus of quite a bit of the insanity. And I think you need to add the ignorant people who defend this bullshit to the death, which unfortunately maybe a literal statement.

Ground. Breathe. Make plans so you have stuff to look forward to. Stay off news and social media. Start a new hobby. Take better care of yourself by eating well and getting outside more. One day winter might end- spring will come

I think we have some time before whatever it is to get our stuff in order. Use it to figure out what you want and how to get it and keep away from the distractions. And yes, dc teams are killing it!
