The heavy body has thicker texture and more pigment load. The Basics is less dense, requires more layers to saturate but still gets the job done. The painting here was done with Basics, so it’s very possible to get vibrant saturated color, just need a couple layers. Hope this helps! #art #painting

U really like Golden brand heavy-body paint, or Liquitex Heavy-Body but on a budget I use Liquitex Basics acrylic paint
