I'll draw clothes onto him later, for now just look at his colors. And hair. And waist (yes, he has no defined abs. Just a lean, but soft, tummy). And yeah, he small.

...Rastakhan's model is about equal in crustiness to MoP-era Zandalari models. Which also don't have heel-toes, or at least heel-nails.
Makes me feel like Rastakhan is OLD-old, as in, creation of his current model was started long ago and it was never brought in line with how Zandas ended up in BfA.

I assume canonical moss/lichen/algae to be the normal, symbiotic plant life.
But with an abnormally strong ability to support plant life, some trolls could have something else growing on them! ...and, much like Kad'ahr's mushoom infestation, it wouldn't be good for them.

Nah, his smell is safe, breathe all you want! Though you probably wouldn't want to anyway.
It's really just consuming any part of him that's dangerous, as his poison reacts with stomach acid. Though even that won't cause dizzyness, as his toxicity is more of a nauseating kind.

So. Yeah. Sorry. The idea that since his 'skirt' is just a bunch of pieces of cloth layered over each other, some kind of wardrobe Mar-function might happen, has been in my brain for a long time.
Though here it doesn't seem accidental. Also, looks like he could use a hand. Seems a bit desperate!
