and shows with people of color as major characters(and created by people of color)

i'm not blaming people for it bc usually fandom people are teenagers/young adults, neurodivergents and queers(we have a tend to have a strong sense of justice)
but i'm getting tired seeing how characters and whole projects being overhated just bc of grey moral in them, pls STOP

hot take: media literacy in fandoms is SO DEAD.
many people see shows/games/films/etc ONLY in black and white. the characters in their eyes are either "saint smol beans" or "DIE UR DEVIL". usually your ambivalent and layered character will not be understood, or ALL their flaws will be justified.
