I made a very grave mistake to read some news and just had a panic attack, got in the shower to do some grounding and the emotional release and tears were intense.

I was thinking about this last night. If you find one could you share?

I remember as a young child being told to not be so dramatic so much so that I choose to self medicate.
Yoga & lots of therapy helped me understand that all my feelings and sensations are needed and we need to feel them all.

100% I clean, organize and rearrange the furniture! It releases the energy makes things feel new!
