He was looking at this picture while sitting at his makeup mirror. The makeup was the top priority making him use the mirror to glance at it and Kellys Dress Uniform. My analysis, he doesn't multi-task well getting the uniform backward as well as the plaque. A "plebe" mistake or just ignorant?
