Today is a very good day. weighed 176! Thanks to the hybrid workout yesterday and the chiaseed blackberry smoothie I had before sleep. I walked 2 hr + rowed 30 min. Also I made shepherds spie (with lentils potatoes) again
+ my right foot is 90% healed with only small red bruise left

I love eating the shell pasta one by one. Its so satisfying plus I made it with love yesterday. It has sunflower oil which is very oily if I may so say and cheap
