Happy b’day, “American Idiot” — released as a single 21 years ago today, and written in the wake of the Iraq War.

“The country had gone into a war based on lies,” said Billie Joe Armstrong, “and no one seemed to care. .. It was a song that came from a very honest, pissed-off place.”

A single 400-year-old ancient oak produces 234,000 litres of oxygen a year while soaking up carbon dioxide, and can support more than 2,000 species of bird, insect, fungus, and lichen. Nature is amazing - we need more of it, not less. Please repost if you agree 🌳

Canada’s second largest newspaper now sees Trump as an enemy. B-12’s are lining up as Trump threatens war with Iran. Greenland has made a justifiably mockery of Vance.
Trump’s a bully who’s going to kill us all!
We must get him out of our WH!

So, it's NOT true to say 'one of things we accidentally cancelled very briefly was Ebola prevention' and that it was quickly restored...

Because you've hobbled or directly dismantled the response structures needed to end Ebola outbreaks abroad and protect us here in the U.S.

One of the challenges we face with this hazard is that many people have never seen a tip-over. Even in media, hazards like car crashes or house fires are common. Chances are, if you're seeing this video, it's the first time you've seen something like this unless it's happened to you personally.
