It seems like mounting an opposition will only harden R voters' perception of the problem - their guy can fix everything, as long as Ds don't get in the way.
I honestly feel like we need 2 years of letting the Rs screw up on their own to help folks realize where the problem actually lies.

I’m interested to see how people respond to this. I’ve always loved radio (NPR), and up until a few years ago would make a point to listen to This American Life.
But I hate podcasts.
I think it’s because of the short story nature of TAL vs the investment that podcasts require; I’d rather read.

Once can't ignore the contribution of the media's continued insistence describing a convicted felon/sexual predator/2x impeached former president as a 'billionaire/Ivy League grad/real estate mogul'

Musk's "mission" is soley to boost his own ego. He truly couldn't give a fuck about making any meaningful changes to the government aside from making some facile effort to 'streamline' things in the context of a broader effort to justify continued tax protection for the uber wealthy.
