My Uncle was a Sophomore at Kent State when this happened. I lived in Northeast Ohio at the time (I was 9?...I remember it being a big deal, just not understanding why).

"Nearly half" suggests just how stupid the other half are.
I've seen polls that suggest that over 80% of US citizen think the GOP are at fault, and that includes MAGA and GOP "normies". The numbers for Democrats and Independents exceed 90%.

I saw the footage; even if it were true that the boat was bringing drugs into the US, the cargo capacity of that canoe-with-an-engine couldn't have gotten a college party high; yet we dropped a jet-launched missile on it.
