I have Fibro to btw. The adjustments and medication lost me my employability in terms of a career. It meant big life changes, and it’s not as though there’s a lot of support or understanding out there. Sounds like you have lots of ideas & creativity but possibly not much energy. Pace yourself maybe?

Sorry to learn you’re in a bad place right now. Things can seem insurmountable sometimes. If you know it’s a bad year, know at least that it will pass - you will come out the other side - and aim to focus on the fact that there are better times to come.
