We can often share our own chapters/articles personally even if they're not open access so always worth contacting authors before forking out!

These expectations set out how the Tasmanian NPM expects people deprived of their liberty in aged residential care, disability and related services to be treated. They're the first of their kind in Australia and I hope they will make a useful contribution to OPCAT implementation!
