This fic is more of a long story and introspection than corn - but it is undeniably there. Watch out for some gore too!

'Control' is one of the biggest keywords about Mydei. Imo if he has any fears then it is to ascend to Demigodhood and inherit the Strife and its power while he is an immortal—if he gets corrupted then he could be the biggest threat Amphoreus has ever faced.

One last thing on this matter is the acceptance of the Coreflame. Mydei has been explaining everything to us up until things came up that involved his feelings. We only saw a little 'slip', an emotional reaction when the Leo (his reacher died) and here in 3.0:

Mydei makes sure TB knows Nikador doesn't stand for evil. Just like Castrum Kremnos before the Black Tide, their God has also given good things to humanity. Mydei has an exceptionally sane and rational view of things and he is not one to blindly follow the past, even if this-
