Can we all collectively agree to (at least temporarily) wire shut the jaws of people who constantly engage in whataboutism? The world is complicated mother****ers, agreed. Whataboutism treats everything as a zero sum game in order to treat someone else's problems as non-existent.

Fundamentalist Christo-fascist jingoism. Led around by the nose by opportunistic, inconsistent, unscrupulous, might and money make right zealots.
This is just my attempt to describe the political climate in the US at the moment. Pay it no heed unless you can elaborate/improve on it.
