I live in Texas. I have solar panels. The way the system is set up, my house has to stay on the grid. No batteries to store my excess energy. Excess is sent to the grid, they store it & resell it. I get none of those proceeds. I produce more than I use and still get an elec bill from the grid.

It gave my ocd something to do. Count miles. It gave my thoughts something to do, so I want sitting ruminating over everything. Count paces, study my stride, heel through toe. It gave my ADHD something to do…walk, permission to zone out and listen to music. knot in my chest relaxed & energy calmed

Paper in the midst of a hurricane. I started walking. Focusing on pace. Music blasting in my ears. I angry walked for 2 hours every morning for 2 weeks and then I cry walked for 2 hours every morning sometimes singing songs out loud. My mind quieted. Still need therapy and meds but I got through it
