Optimizing CE on the #timsTOF Ultra is worth the effort. Here’s a comparison between the default 20-59 vs 24-59 CE. Note the ratio between the 0 and 0-0.5 bars. It represents partially fragmented precursors (the graph was generated with our RawBeans QC tool).
