She is rather dramatic. If you go to the kitchen, she jumps on the bench and meows loudly if you don't pat her immediately.

I have one, her. I work from home and so she has company all day and gets at least 4 hours of play and mental stimulation.

Yeah, 'she' is super cute. One of the most polite cats ever. She asks if she can sleep on the sofa. Wants me to walk with her to the food bowl as she thinks I should eat with her. She only eats if I pretend to share her food and make eating noises.
