ADHD has shown to be kind of a flex when putting together treatment plans for my patients 😅 Everything is explained to the point (bc perfectionism 🤷🏼‍♀️), broken down into easy to follow steps, and takes into consideration that consistency can be hard 🙈 Should I feel sorry for my non adhd patients?

I’ve noticed some of the people who went to Red Note during the TikTok ban who are now following TCM advice and finally hitting their health or weight goals. That’s what we TCM practitioners in western contries has tried to explain for years! Not so “out there” anymore, huh? 😉☯️✨

And it's completely alright if that focus is on yourself! Maintaining your physical and mental health, just to stay sane and have the energy to make good choices and not (re)act from a place of chaos and despair 💕
Pick your focus and stick with it. We cannot fight in all fronts or we will become overwhelmed. But we can all peel off a corner in our area of expertise and begin to reveal effective strategies for resisting the chaos. Every single one of us has something to offer.

One of the most important things you can do today is your science. Knowing calculus/physics/genetics/chemistry etc. makes you rare and the world will need you to rebuild tomorrow. Practice your skills and pass them on. Keep the flame alive.
