she said that the service her place provides is for depression/anxiety talking therapy but she is going to speak to her supervisor about the next pathways i could take to help figure out what is actually wrong with me and i actually cried. i am so happy that im finally being listened to.

and she said from the sounds of things its possible that i could - or it could be something else like personality disorder or pmdd and i genuinely almost cried. its the first time ive been listened to about it and i felt like i was actually being validated in my feelings

i dont have any advice on how to help it, but try your best to accept the help and let yourself be looked after. its really hard but its worth it for yourself and you deserve to feel happy and clean ❤️

i completely get it, i live with my partner and they always offer to help me shower by getting things ready for me but i feel this innate shame for even needing help in the first place that it stresses me out to the point i get put off by showering even more
