4. Operationally neutral. It merely 'others' the paper/dataset with the possibility of critique, and not the kind that a "reviewer" does.

1. Generic. Neither verifying nor falsifying, it could even mean recs on optimizing
2. Extendable. "Independent Methods Analyst specializing in dataset curation, privacy ethics, interoperability, etc"
3. Resilient. It's an existing job title requiring a stats background
