Dickinson's envelope poems made me realize probably the best for paper #poetry are mirror editions with hand-written or typed manuscripts alongside printed typescript, so that one can read the texts, but also engage more materially with that poetry.

Mirdidingkingathi Juwarnda Sally Gabori was a First Nations painter who invented on her own a pictorial language which superficially resembles Western Abstract Expressionism, yet her kin easily connected her colors with elements of their ecosystem.

Muriel Rukeyser, great poet. I've translated some of her poems into Romanian and had even obtained copyright permission, yet circumstances prevented them from being published.

My poem "in (380 mg)" was written in calligraphic lines, each line a single stroke, except for the dots on the "i"'s, stripes on the "t"'s, and the diacritics.

I posted the initial post from Friendica. Bluesky didn't parse the image - curiously, I gave Friendica an URL to the picture hosted elsewhere and, without letting me know, they end up hosting the file themselves.
