The same thing happened with overwatch. When it released it was wildly unbalanced and in an interview the developers said it's meant to just be for fun and they don't intend to have world championships and tournaments...That interview aged poorly.

100% agree. It's literally a hacking device. It makes sense if you're going to def-con or someplace meant for penetration testing different tech. But let's be real the only penetration testing being done in a furry con, is probably a hotel room. -an It/Cyber security Furry.
