Looks like Lugia is back at the waterfall again! Turning yourself into a living water balloon is certainly one way to celebrate Lugia day! Although with a tum like that, I don't think he is getting out from under the waterfall anytime soon, so might as well drink up :3c!

I don't usually say this because the people who commission me are all very smart and handsome and pretty. But yeah. Never, ever leave feedback on a paypro. Thoroughly inappropriate when the artist is *right there* and would appreciate a comment on the work itself or in DMs.
