Not sure if it'll help; but on my account I have 'my box' (it seems in beta). I've used it before for pre-ordering single-issue comics and basically delaying the shipment (and paying) until I've had a couple to combine shipping.

It would still require a bit up-front pay, but not the full amount. 😊

There has been need for speed games with open world, underground 2 (2004) and most wanted (2005) had it at least. Maybe some newer as well, but I don't think I have played any since those two.
