if that's a veiled criticism about me i won't hear it and won't respond to it
i'm sure you're already doing this but the only thing that really helps me is being very strict about food and hydration. make sure you're eating a full 3 meals a day + snacks & drinking liquids constantly. don't don't avoid and sugary foods, those will help raise your blood pressure.
