Let them have their day in court. It's their "right" to challenge. But I think justice will not be tolerant of bad actors purposely flaunting the law. It's their life, time & money. Let them waste it.

Need to understand the difference in time to get there. Cape Breton, the exciting parts are 6 hours from Lunenburg. Lunenburg is picturesque, but so is Baddeck in Cape Breton. You can spend almost a week in Cape Breton alone.

Privilege. They think their privilege is their freedom. People don't understand what a society is and how responsibility is 2-ways. They throw around words like "tyranny," like children throwing tantrum.

I can't square how admin does sell job: low tax environment, invest in America, clear access to markets, glorious build your factory here employ Americans...Yada Yada ----but if a tornado blows down your warehouse or hurricane floods your business you are on your own suckers. FEMA is not helping.

That 10% could go up, but also Canada is looking to spread risk and find more markets for that potash. If there is competition for supply potash will cost everyone more. Significant domestic pressure in Canada to rely less on US markets & US may not regain that leverage they had.

The US sugar producer price will go up, especially if demand shifts to more needing to buy it. There is not enough to cover US demand. US may not have the capacity to expand output to replace Brazil supply.Tariffs drive up domestic mfg price, too. With commodity, there is no home country discount.

US trade policy driving other nations to diversify trade. Uncertainty is bad for economies. Reducing risk in the long-term by seeking new markets is smart. But for the US, it will be hard to ever get back that same economic control. Private investment currently in limbo seeking stability long-term.

Ironically, Trump removed the tax on tips...keeps boasting about it. The empty restaurant tables don't tip very much. Even a 5% drop is significant. It will be much worse if this cli.ate prolongs. It's not just Canadian tourists opting to skip US leisure travel.

They tried to dress Poilievre up to a level where voters would like him, but now, strategy is simply to sink the bar. It will not be as easy as it was with Trudeau they will spend the money trying against Carney.

Pretty good summary. Note 2009, the NDP win year, they had a toe in every urban (small town urban - Truro,Amherst,Bwatr,Port Hawkesbury, Kentville, Pictou,Elmsdale). To win, you need local candidates & star candidates that people know, and it needs to be in place a year+ ahead.
