Ukraine has 4 million potential soldiers, but it has 37 million population. If we say the elderly, children, the disabled and others are half of that, or more than half, let’s say 20 million of that are unfit for soldiering or working, you still have over 10 million work force.

Ukraine has a manpower pool of 5 million potential soldiers. Let’s say two years of year have taken out 1 million of that with dead and injured. How is 4 million people a lack of manpower?
