Not sure what you mean by far end of the spectrum but, if I'm understanding you correctly, I just want to clarify that the autism spectrum isn't a line from "mild" to "severe", i.e. there is no 'far end'.

It's like a distribution of traits, strengths & weaknesses - all different presentations.
