很訝異自己在這週心理諮商時，哭到停不下來。
可能「哭」從來不是自己慣於發洩情緒的方式，所以在外公的葬禮上，我也沒掉過眼淚。
今天不是外公的忌日，也不是任何特殊日子，只是剛好想起當時有幾天挑選素材、下班剪輯，全心投入才完成製作這支告別式影片的時候。
就像透過回顧他的遺書跟照片，做了具體的「作品」後，才是真的跟外公告別。
把所有情緒都抒發在回顧的過程中，不論是製作影片還是只在我心裡把跟這個人的過去再回憶一次。
我喜歡這種只存在我跟這個人之間，極度私密的、不用展示在其他人眼前、不用顧慮其他人想法、不用表演的過程。
