I have left the house once In the last month for anything other than a doctor's appointment. My wife and I walked to the local remembrance Sunday. I'm the one wearing my single medal.

I'm living my life and very happy. The Trefs and germs can all do one as far as I'm concerned. They don't know me and I don't owe them anything.

At least 1000 people at the Cardiff trans rights protest today. We filled StMarys street then the area outside BBC Wales offices!
