I recently switched to playing it on my Xbox Ally X, and although it runs, it has issues. Microstutters, forced Vsync, and forced dynamic resolution are really screwing with things. But even with that, it's still a pretty good experience.

For me, I never got any interactions on Twitter. Here, as long as I throw on a couple hashtags, I notice way more visibility.

3ds.hacks.guide walks you through it. You will need a computer with an SD card reader (or at least an SD card adapter) in order to add a file if I remember right. You don't have to modify the 3DS's hardware at all.
