Agreed. It's a really weird decision to not have any characters from metro city when sf6 primarily takes place in metro city

I discovered him in that same game. I think what intrigued me to Cody was his interesting story and his really enjoyable move set. Loved that they made some final fight references in his sf5 moveset.
