I just lied to my youngest son (he’s 19) because my burdens shouldn’t be his… I could tell he knew I was lying, but didn’t press the issue… I love his heart…

Idc what nobody say Mary J. Blige songs have always helped me through some very tough times in my life… even as a kid who couldn’t fully understand the meanings behind the song… she also has helped me feel pretty damn great about myself too…

One of the best feelings in the world is seeing your parent genuinely happy and enjoying life… especially after all the hardships we went through growing up and realizing the weight that has been lifted off their shoulders 💜😊

I say this every time, but after this last drive I mean it!!! I will not drive across country ever again… can’t even enjoy the scenery and people really can’t drive fr… especially a lot of truckers 😒

I listened and heard everyone that spoke about their loc journey and how much commitment it takes… but I really underestimated how I would handle it… love/hate keep/cut rollercoaster but I love it at the end of the day… 11 months loc’d in 🥰

You’re not allowed to break someone’s heart, then the next day act as if nothing has changed… THEN act hurt because you didn’t get the response you expected… I really thought our friendship was stronger 😒
