When the KeihinTohoku Line and the Yamanote Line run parallel, I’ll always pick the Yamanote if I have the choice. The KeihinTohoku just feels a bit rougher, both in terms of manners and overall vibe. I’ve even had foreigners intentionally bump into me…or maybe that’s just me?
