NGL, I'm loving Standard Time again. Whenever Daylight Time comes around, my sleep goes down the drain. I don't need more daylight at night; my body needs cues to know to sleep.

For one of the lowest voter turnouts, this is one of the slowest results in history. Almost 4 hours after stations closed and nothing for my ward.

This may be the most aesthetically pleasing bus station in Edmonton.
Also, I had no idea that it used the former Clareview shelter (reference photo from BARP) before the upgrade. That's a very cool reuse!
Fun fact: Castle Downs is misspelled on the sign (it's 2 words).

Edmonton's $300 million screensaver. It's enough lines like old dial-up Internet jpeg downloads to display an image, but not enough to actually be a billboard which can generate revenue or become a PSA.

Some of the advance voting locations boggles my mind. Some of these make total sense of course especially by major transit centres like Mill Woods, Clareview, Stanley Milner.
Here's what I would suggest as better locations in the future which are more transit accessible.

If I had to choose one bridge in the city which would take Edmonton into the future, it would be the Waltersdale Bridge.

Posing for photos on active tram tracks in front of your own small kids is wild. To ask the kid to take the photo is even crazier.
I'd say don't do this at home, but these tourists are definitely not home.

Is there a new law that I'm not aware of? Two companies which I have auto withdrawals stopped taking payments after 1 NSF a few months ago. In the past, when an NSF happens, I just manually pay and the auto withdrawals resume from my bank the next month.

There's so many Samanthas in digital marketing! I've been in contact with 6 this year, and 3 concurrently. I get confused for sure when I open my email. 😅

The City of Edmonton has a tax-supported operating budget of $3.2Bn (2025)... Another city video posted that $2Bn of the $3.8Bn budget came from property taxes. Nevertheless, whether it's business or homes, we all pay for it.
This means each citizen pays $2666.66 (from $3.2Bn)
