a page from James Tynion IV and Elsa Charretier's comic book "The City Beneath Her Feet." It shows a scrawny man with shades on, messily eating his dinner while conversing with a large woman, covered in scars with an unamused expression on her face. The man states: "I like the second one better. there's the whole mystery with the uncle and the old nazi gun. Why do I like old nazi shit so much?" To which the woman responds "I think that's a question you have to ask yourself." Through a mouthful of food, the man responds "IT'S NOT POLITICAL. I ALWAYS LIKE THE BAD GUYS. LIKE THE JOKER. SOMETIMES I JUST WANT TO GET THE MAKE-UP ON AND SHOOT A GUY IN THE HEAD.IT'S ALLNERD SHIT. IT'S LIKE I'M A NERD FOR BAD GUYS." Out of frame, the woman says "sure."

Sirens of The City! It is a beautiful monochromatic cover, showing a young black girl with very long braids, hints of purple and blue flowing to her knees, standing in front of protesters holding signs that say "Repent!" She is wearing a leather jacket with punk-like accessories running through her outfit. Book by Joanne Starer and Khary Randolph! Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Can See. The cover is an anthropomorphic bear holding a shovel in his right hand and bloodied bag in his left. It is surrounded by trees and the bag is leaving a streak of blood behind it.
