Only pictures I have of it but today I beat sonic spinball on OG hardware. I will defend the first 3 levels of this game as good fun but the final level had me raging.

Has made me realize I never finished 3D blast or heroes…… maybe another day.

Wily finally dead!

As someone new to the series I really think these games hold up. Tight controls and platforming, usually if I die it’s my own fault (couple of bullshit bits….. yellow devil and devil mk2 come to mind)

Well I’m yet again late to the party with all the Nintendo games I never played as I never had an nes or snes

Strider (1989) on the nes/famicom is absolutely wonderful and one of those great late nes games that really pushed the hardware

Didn’t trust myself with the RGB mod as you have to remove the PPU chip but David at oldskoolconsoles really did an incredible job

After finding final fantasy 6 not clicking with me, it turns out all I had to do was beat up a spirit train

tried a random game picket for the Famicom and the first game that came up was little samson.

having heard of it as some mysteriou NES grail i must say i was still surprised as to how good it is

would recommend to anyone looking for a megaman like. just dont expect to play a legit cart
