I dunno man. It was a secret for at least that first week. I saw it opening night (aging myself) and people LOST THEIR MINDS when Segal’s body flew off in that wide shot of the two planes. Maybe they didn’t KEEP the secret but up to the release it was hyped as a Russell/Segal film and kept quiet.

For people curious, the Audible version of the novel is absolutely top notch. It makes the experience so rich and engaging and I would say more but it’s tied to the twist and spoiler.
